Checking the box on the application indicates your understanding of and agreement to the following:

•   Vendors are solely responsible for their merchandise, displays, and sales. CAPA is not responsible for the safekeeping of your cash or property. 
  
• Vendors may decorate or display items on or behind their tables, as long as:
• It does not block other vendors, walkways, or exits.
• Your display is family-friendly, regardless of the genre of your books. Children are expected to attend. 
• You are not permitted to attach anything to the wall by any means, per the Town of West Hartford. 
• You must stay for the entire event, from 10 am to 4 pm. When vendors leave, customers also depart. Not remaining at your table throughout the event will disqualify you from attending future Book Festival Events. 
• You must always keep your table space free of trash and clean it before leaving the venue. Garbage cans are provided.
